Alphard Al Sheya

Alphard Al Sheya (アルファルド・アル・シュヤ, Arufarudo Aru Shuya) is the series' most prominent villain. She is the leader of the terrorist organization known as "Snake", which was responsible for both the Shinjuku and Shanghai terrorists attacks. She is Canaan's arch-enemy.
