Ayako is shown to have long dark blue hair and dark blue eyes to match. Her hair reaches down to just below her chest. She wears rectangular shaped glasses that cover half of her eyes. Her glasses appear to be an auburn color. She appears to have a very large chest, reaching an F-cup, as stated in the manga.
