Biba Amatori

Biba Amatori (天鳥 美馬, Amatori Biba), also known as the Liberator (解放者, Kaihousha), is the main villain of Kabaneri of the Iron Fortress. He was the eldest son of the Shogun, Okimasa Amatori whom had grow paranoid of the Kabane outbreak.
