Billy MacDowell

Billy MacDowell (ビリー・マクドウェル Birī Makudoweru) is a Lotis Master (like Christopher William Orson Andrew Roland XIII) who is intending to help Alice Seno and Kyô Wakamiya beat the Maram. Despite his tough exterior, Alice is surprised to learn he works as a postman in a small quiet town and he is also a very kind and generous guy, he has admitted that he is sometimes shy.
