Cain Madhouse

"Undead King of Blood and Night" , “The immortal king of blood and the night.” Cain Madhouse (ケイン・マッドハウス , Kein Maddohausu) or Cain Withers (ケイン・ウィザース , Kein Wizāsu) is a Vampire Incarnate and the Lieutenant of Incarnate Soldier troop during the War. When the war ended, he formed the New Patria. He was once a friend of Hank and Elaine, and also is Claude Withers' s half-elder brother.
