Chiyoko Teruto

Chiyoko Teruto (照門 千代子, Teruto Chiyoko) is a cis-female, teenage girl. By her fashion style, she presents herself at school and out in public as a somewhat older looking young woman. At school, Chiyoko wears the standard female school uniform. She does very well academically, most of the time in the top 10% of her class. Chiyoko is extremely intelligent, and has a knack for working with abstract concepts, and translating those into practical applications. She invented and implemented the iphone app that can access and develop an individual Henshin (Transformation Sequence), and transition one into a Maho Shoujo girl. She even developed add on apps that allow the individual to limit their power boost, as well as having the ability for age progression or regression of the individual's anime girl character. Chiyoko is President of the Maho Shoujo Club at school. No surprise, as she has always admired anime and manga girls who have those special powers. She was especially infatuated with the Maho Shougo girl Pretty Sugar. Chiyoko knows Pretty Sugar's anime story by heart, and even can sing the anime theme song for Pretty Sugar.
