He is a former swindler and a known womanizer. He spent his life scamming people until he was hired by Erina to work at Kindergarten Noir. He is the teacher of the dandelion class along with Rita and Hana. Following the events of Kindergarten Raid Arc, Doug is currently a member of New World Order.
