Ely Otta

Ely is a short young woman with wide blue eyes, brown hair, and thick eyebrows. She wears an Asian conical hat and ragged tunics. Her bangs frame her face, parting to reveal her eyebrows, with a fringe in the middle of her forehead. She also has a small ponytail at the back of her head.
