Genki Kimoto

Genki encounters Hibaru, Terasu, and Kuran near Asakusa, and informs Hibaru that he is in a trouble. Genki then explains that with the chaos caused by the meteor strike, the looting and burglary had increased drastically. The worst of them is a team of buglars known as the Ghost Thieves. They have managed to locate their hideout, an abandoned mansion in West Asakura, however rumors are that it's haunted. Genki tried to go in himself, but for certain reasons he had to leave. Hibaru and the rest, agree to help and head to the mansion, but before they enter, Genki reveals one more thing. He explains that the thieves also stole his gun. He fears that this may increase the fear in people and lead to more violence and feels that he is the worst cop. Hibaru then assures him that they will resolve this and head into the mansion.
