Hadlar

Hadlar is one of the main antagonists in the Dragon Quest: The Adventure of Dai and its animated adaptations. He was the previous Dark Lord who tried to conquer the world before he was defeated by Avan. However, thanks to the Dark King Vearn, Hadlar returned to life, and was appointed as the supreme Dark Commander of the new Dark Army.
