Hanbee Abara

Hanbee Abara (阿原 半兵衛, Abara Hanbe'e) is a Rank 1 Peacekeeper. He is a member of the TSC's Suzuya Squad and is assigned to the 13th ward, in charge of the investigation of the Nutcracker.
