Haruka Tenou

Haruka Tenou (天王 はるか, Tenou Haruka) is the civilian identity and present-day incarnation of Sailor Uranus (セーラーウラヌス, Seeraa Uranusu). She is a famous race car driver and one of the Outer Sailor Guardians in the manga.
