Hayato Shinkai

Hayato Shinkai is a second-year student at Meiso University and a member of the Meiso University Bicycle Racing Club. During his high school, he was a member from the Hakone Academy Bicycle Racing Club and served as its ace sprinter during the storyline's first year.
