Hiiragi Hinase

Hiiragi Hinase (日生 柊, Hinase Hiiragi) is a student in Class 1-6 at Ritsuryou East Girls High School and the younger twin sister of Tsubaki Hinase who initially talked to no one in her class until Ren Utsugi forces her way into her life.
