Juichi Fukutomi

Juichi Fukutomi is a second-year student at Meiso University and a member of the Meiso University Bicycle Racing Club. During his high school, he was a member of the Hakone Academy Bicycle Racing Club and served as its captain and ace during the main storyline's first year. His catchphrase is "I am strong".
