Kasper Hekmatyar

Kasper Hekmatyar (キャスパー・ヘクマティアル, Kyasupā Hekumatiaru) is the son of Floyd Hekmatyar and the older brother of Koko Hekmatyar. He is a member of HCLI's Asian Logistics Division and was responsible for recruiting Jonah to serve as Koko's bodyguard.
