Kei Sugiura

Kei Sugiura (杉浦 契, Sugiura Kei) is a student in Class 2-A at Nishitaga High School and a short, boyish girl who starts every day with a frown and she hangs out with Rei Yokoe constantly, despite the two of them bickering with pretty much every line of dialogue.
