Kiri Putin

Kiri Victorvich Putin or Kiri Putin (霧・プーチン, Kiri Pūchin) for short, is one of the protagonists of the story. He is the son of Victor Putin. Like his father, Kiri is a Chronos Ruler and is known as the Splash Ruler (澄水支配者スプラッシュルーラー, Supurasshurūrā).
