Kisara Tendo

Kisara Tendo (天童 木更, てんどう きさら, Tendō Kisara) is the female protagonist of Black Bullet. She is the president of Tendo Civil Security Corporation, as well as Rentaro Satomi's boss who is also a Promoter.
