Owner Kobayashi (オーナー小林, Ōnā Kobayashi) is the owner of BB Lounge. Behind his tough-looking demeanor lies a kind and caring soul. He is a fanatical expert on Three Kingdoms, and also likes playing Go. In the past, he managed to save Eiko Tsukimi and hired her to help at the club as well as become a singer. He hired Zhuge Kongming after impressed by his litereacy on the Three Kingdoms period.
