Kuon Shinzaki

Kuon Shinzaki (新崎 九遠, Shinzaki Kuon) was a God Candidate who shares the same title as Sniper Mask. She is also sometimes referred to as the "Railgun User", and often refers to Sniper Mask as "Mr. Mask".
