Kyle Von Pallistan (カイル・フォン・パリスタン Kairu Fon Parisutan) is the second prince of the Pallistan Kingdom, the younger brother of Julius Von Pallistan and the former fiancé of Scarlet El Vandimion whom he was initially betrothed to ever since they were young.
