Lilicia Toudou

Lilicia Todou (藤堂 リリシア, Tōdō Ririshia) is a supporting character in Seitokai no Ichizon. She is the older sister of Elise Toudou and the President of Journalism Club during the main series who later chose Meiku Kazami as the next President of Journalism Club, much to Meiku's horror.
