She is a member of the "Gyaru" subculture, specifically the Yamanba subculture and as such possesses a high level of makeup. She is tanned, wearing pink lipstick (though this is possibly her natural lip colour) she has strange white patches on her skin, she wears eyeliner. She has mint eyes which *could be her natural eye colour though they are most likely contacts. Her hair is white from the dye she uses.
