Michiru Kaiou

Michiru Kaiou (海王 みちる, Kaiou Michiru) is the civilian identity and present-day incarnation of Sailor Neptune (セーラーネプチューン, Seeraa Nepuchuun). She is a famous violinist and one of the Outer Sailor Guardians in the in the manga.
