Mikage Celestine

Mikage Celestine is a student at the Barsburg Military Academy who wants to become a soldier to protect his family, and is Teito's best friend. Mikage manages to pass the final exam, but is unable to accomplish his dreams of becoming a soldier after helping Teito escape the military.
