Mikasa

Mikasa is a battlecruiser and former absolute monarch of the Sakura Empire. She only appeared in the anime prologue in episode 1, but she later reappeared again in Azur Lane: Slow Ahead! in episode 7 in a full appearance. She is voiced by Sayaka Ohara in Japanese.
