Minatsu Shiina

Minatsu Shiina (椎名 深夏, Shiina Minatsu) is one of the female protagonists in Seitokai no Ichizon. She is one of the Vice Presidents of the 32nd Student Council and the older sister of Mafuyu Shiina.
