Nebulim (ネビュリム, Nebyurimu) is a superior dragon called Barrier Dragon (結 (けっ) 界 (かい) 竜 (りゅう) , Kekkairyū), who occupies the seventh (in the future fourth) seat among the Winged Brethren, acting as the loyal bodyguard and follower of the Winged King, Ultimatia.
