Ninomae Hajime

Ninomae Hajime is a manga author working with Utou Koutaro. His real name is Kousaka Ichirou. He seems to be a genius in regards to artistic ability, able to copy the background art style for three pages of the popular manga Gurendo in only thirty minutes, and he is the only manga author whose work Utou does not butt into.
