Raimei Shimizu

Raimei Shimizu (清水 雷鳴, Shimizu Raimei) is a 14-year-old samurai, the younger sister of Raikou Shimizu and one of two remaining survivors of the Shimizu clan who was once a student of Tobari Durandal Kumohira's in Tokyo.
