Rapunzel

Rapunzel was born of King Frederic and Queen Arianna, being by birth the princess of Corona and the heir to the throne. When her mother was expecting her she fell ill, so she drank the legendary golden flower to recover. As a result, Rapunzel acquired magical abilities through her long golden hair. Shortly after her birth, Mother Gothel, a witch who used the flower to rejuvenate, sneaks into her room one night to take a piece of Rapunzel's hair, but realizes that by doing so she loses her powers, so she kidnaps the princess and takes her away from her parents. Gothel hid her in a tower and raised her there as if she were his own daughter, using her as his source of rejuvenation.
