Rei Hino (火野 レイ, Hino Rei) is the civilian identity and present-day incarnation of the Sailor Guardian of Love and Passion, Sailor Mars (セーラーマーズ, Seeraa Maazu). She is a miko who lives at Hikawa Shrine with her grandfather and the crows Phobos and Deimos in the manga.
