Skargo

Skargo is a level 300 elf, raised to specialize in holy magic recovery, status ailments recovery, and physical buffs. He is incredibly adept at using Oscar-Roses Scatter with Beauty, a skill that had, for some reason, been given to him just for kicks. Freely throws around various effects on a whim. He is surprisingly popular with the public and serves as High Priest and is the third most influential person in the Kingdom of Felskeilo. He adores his mother to the point of fanaticism. Despite his unusual and dramatic behavior he is very competent at his job to the point of being basically the one person who held the kingdom together all by himself since it's founding.
