Souji Okita

Souji is a sarcastic red-haired Captain who constantly teases others both in battle and in his free time. He suggests killing Chizuru as an unnecessary witness and then teases Hijikata into taking her as his servant. Every time Chizuru involves herself in a dangerous situation or learns something she is not supposed to know, Okita promises to kill her, even though he actually chooses to protect her when possible.
