Teto

Teto is referred to as a "party girl" with a typical gyaru aesthetic. She wears a white ruffled midriff top with white denim short shorts and a white belt. She has pink and purple hair, yellow eyes with black sclera and slitted pupils, a forked snake-like tongue (even in her human form), and frequently smokes.
