Tsugaru Shinuchi

Tsugaru is an attractive young man with dark blue hair and stripes along his arteries, both acquired from being half-oni. He usually dons a blue overcoat the color of his hair along with a simple white shirt and black pants. His other accessories include grey gloves and brown boots he removes during combat.
