Tsukasa Shippou

Tsukasa Shippō (七しっ宝ぽう 司つかさ, Shippō Tsukasa) is a supporting character in the Ranger Reject series. He was an Independent Cadet in Bailong's Nest. Even after he passed the Bailong Exam, no battalion wanted to recruit him, and so he resulted as a rare case of a fully-qualified Ranger with no assigned battalion.
