Tsuneo Suzukawa

Tsuneo is a hardworking, intelligent, and humble college student who has always had a deep love for the sea since childhood. He stays true to his passions and consistently puts in a lot of effort to pursue his dream of diving in Mexico in order to witness a wild clarion angelfish. But although he maintains a close focus to his personal goals, Tsuneo is also a naturally and deeply kind person, most especially shown through his later choices when helping Josee despite the lack of personal benefit. He holds respect and care for the people around him but also sometimes struggles to truly understand other’s perspectives, mainly Josee’s as she lives a completely different life than his. Tsuneo can also occasionally act emotional and allow his feelings to overwhelm him. Despite this, he is a very patient person and does not mind the hard work he goes through while also holding a rather impressive amount of patience when dealing with Josee in the beginning despite his annoyed, blunt reactions towards her.
