Vika Layers

Viscount Vika is a supporting character in the series "The Villainess Turns the Hourglass". Everyone saw him as part of the Aristocratic Faction; a faithful advisor to the nobleman, but he was actually part of the Imperial Faction. He's a close nobleman to Asher and Lohan. Viscount Vika also impersonated King Lohan in the letters sent to Lady Isis.
