Yoshimoto Imagawa

Yoshimoto is the daimyo of the Suruga province, the former master and caretaker of Ieyasu Tokugawa, and the sworn enemy of Nobunaga Oda. Personality-wise, Yoshimoto acts childish and has a very high opinion of himself, especially when it comes to his elegance. Unusual for a general during the age of constant warfare, Yoshimoto is perceived by both his men and foes alike as a cowardly man, though he will still put up a fight when ultimately cornered. Historically, Yoshimoto was a brother-in-law to Shingen Takeda due to an alliance formed via marriage proposal, but this fact was never brought up in the games by either character (Yoshimoto, however, at one point refers to himself as Shingen's old friend).
