He is an extremely petty and jealous man, he hates seeing Happy couples and will try and override their love like Kissing people to override their morning kiss and it doesn't matter where they were kissed, this was shown when he continued to do this to Shinozaki after Marrying Katase, He is so pathetic that he even cries blood when he sees a Happy couple.
