History repeats itself... Or does it? St. Kleio Academy is a very exclusive school: all of the students are clones of famous historical figures such as Beethoven, Queen Elizabeth I, Napoleon, Mozart, and Freud. All of them, that is, except for Shiro Kamiya. As Shiro struggles to adapt to this unusual campus, St. Kleio's first graduate, a clone of John F. Kennedy, is killed. Are the clones doomed to repeat the fate of their genetic progenitors, or can they create their own destinies? And how does a normal boy like Shiro fit in?

Napoleon is a supporting main protagonist, and one of the main confidants of Shiro. He is the historical clone of the famous French emperor, Napoleon Bonaparte.

MAINSigmund Freud was a student at St. Kleio Academy and one of Shiro's closest friends. He is in the third generation of clones created at the secret government the Academy. he is a 18 year old genetic clone of Austrian psychologist Sigmund Freud He is one of the main supporting protagonist of the series and regularly appears in the manga, most often to attempting to unravel the mysteries going on around the school.
神矢史良
MAINShiro Kamiya (神矢史良, Kamiya Shiro) is a student of St. Kleio Academy and also the main protagonist of the series. Though the audience is initially lead to believe he's the only non-clone student, it is later revealed he's a clone of Doctor X.
ナイチンゲール
MAINFlorence Nightingale is a clone student of St. Kleio Academy, and a supporting main protagonist of the series. She's a close friend of Shiro's and part of his circle of friends. She is in the third generation of clones created at the Academy. She is the historical of the famous English nurse.

MAINElizabeth Tudor (Elizabeth I) is a clone student at St. Kleio Academy and a close friend of Shiro's. She is in the third generation of clones created at the Academy. She is one of the main supporting protagonist and part of the circle of friends Shiro hangs out with. She is the historical clone of the famous Virgin Queen of England, Elizabeth I.
黒江
SUPPORTINGNaoto Kuroe (黒江 Kuroe) is a professor at St. Kleio Academy and a minor protagonist of the series; also one of the many non-clone staff working at the school. It also seems like he is in charge of security around St. Kleio, and spends much of his time around his old friend, Dr. Kamiya.
