A Lily who is one of the most proficient fighters in all of Yurigaoka Girls Academy. She has fought the Huge on the front lines and has stood victorious across many battlefields. Being one of the most prominent Lilies at Yurigaoka and wielding incredible combat power has garnered her many fans. However, Yuyu holds a rare skill called Lunatic Trancer, which sends her into a rampage where she is unable to distinguish friend from foe. She sealed this skill away after it caused the death of her Schutzengel, Misuzu Kawazoe, and began to close herself off from others.

Riri was deprived of her home, Koshu, by the Huge. After she and her friend were saved by Yuyu Shirai, she was inspired to become a Lily and enroll at Yurigaoka Girls Academy. Eventually, at the age of fifteen, she was able to gain entry through the waiting list. Riri has a friendly and gentle disposition and her Rare Skill, Charisma, allows her to draw others into her sphere. She believes that even people with different opinions can understand each other. Her favorite food is Ramune juice.

Kaede Johan Nouvel (楓・J・ヌーベル, Kaede Joan Nūberu), or Kaede J. Nouvel, is a main character in the Assault Lily anime, novel and toyline.

Shenlin is an elegant young lady from Taipei with three older brothers. She is a very kind girl, but she has a strong sense of justice and will speak up for what she believes is right. She is roommates with Wang Yujia. Initially, she was jealous of Yujia for being so naturally gifted, but over time they became close friends.

Yujia is a naturally-gifted Lily who grew up as the middle child of three sisters. She was born in China but moved with her family to Iceland. Because she is quiet and not good at showing her emotions, she is often misunderstood as "angry". Though she came from a privileged background, Yujia has very little self-confidence. She is roommates and close friends with Kuo Shenlin."

安藤鶴紗

Tazusa grew up in the international company "G.E.H.E.N.A.", which is famous for its research. She has a very dark past due to being betrayed and abused while at G.E.H.E.N.A, who performed experiments on her in order to boost her abilities. This has fostered within her a distrusting nature. She has quite the soft spot for cats, however.

Fumi is a member of Riri Hitotsuyanagi's legion and one of her closest friends. This "Lily Otaku" has a wide breadth of knowledge not only about individual Lilies but also about CHARMs and tactical strategies. Though not very assertive, she becomes very excited when it comes to Lily-related topics. Her rare skill, Hawk's Eye, allows her to detect objects including Huge from a distance, making her a valuable asset in battle.

Shiori has a passive and gentle personality, but an indomitable nature that never gives up. Her clan was annihilated in a battle against the Huge, leaving her the only surviving member. She has a battle-specific rare skill "Circlet Bless" that allows her to wield two CHARMs at the same time. She has lost feeling in her left arm, which is her dominant arm, due to past injuries. Her performance on the battlefield is wonderful and is expected to be of great importance the "future of Yurigaoka."
