The Neighbor's Club gets a mysterious message from a certain student council! This chapter was drawn by Itachi, the artist of the Haganai manga.
Chapter Two:
The Hekiyou Gakuen student council receives an invitation from the Neighbor's Club to visit. This chapter was drawn by 10mo, the artist of the Seitokai no Ichizon manga.

MAINSena Kashiwazaki (柏崎 星奈, Kashiwazaki Sena) is the female tritagonist of the Boku wa Tomodachi ga Sukunai series. She is the first recruited member of the Neighbor's Club and the daughter of Tenma Kashiwazaki, headmaster of St. Chronica's Academy. Her wealth, beauty, and outstanding academic and athletic performance have made her popular among male students, and likewise, have made her an outcast among girls. Despite being constantly surrounded by boys (who, according to her, are "doormats"), all she wants are true friends, which drove her to join the Neighbor's Club.

MAINYozora Mikazuki (三日月 夜空, Mikazuki Yozora) is the female deuteragonist in the Boku wa Tomodachi ga Sukunai series. She is the founder, first member, and club president of the Neighbor's Club. Prideful and easily provoked by nature, Yozora detests "normals" but decided to make a club to make friends.

MAINRika Shiguma (志熊 理科, Shiguma Rika) is a main supporting character from the Boku wa Tomodachi ga Sukunai series, a freshman and scientific genius whose presence at St. Chronica's Academy was designed to increase its prestige. She was saved by Kodaka when she fell unconscious during a disastrous lab experiment (she invented and released sleeping gas that works in just a few seconds), and she begs to repay his kindness with sex. She joined the Neighbor's Club just to get closer to him.
