Bourei! Miira no Kagami

The mansion of Daizou Kurosaki, a Japanese businessman, located in a rural town in England.

In addition to Daizou, the mansion was home to his daughter Mika, his second wife Mary, and the live-in servant Tim and his mother. Mika disliked her stepmother Mary, but in reality, Mary had married Daizou Kurosaki with the intention of getting her hands on his hidden treasure. One day, a man named Jim—who was practically a vagrant—appeared before Daizo and extorted a large sum of money from him. However, as soon as he left the mansion, he was struck by a car in a hit-and-run accident and died. Mika and Tim happened to be at the scene; Mika fainted, but an elderly woman named Eilas Morgan came to her aid. Perhaps prompted by this incident, Eilas was hired as Mika’s tutor and caretaker. One day, Eilas gave Mika a golden mirror, which she claimed was an Egyptian antique. According to Eilas, this mirror is said to reflect the future.
