MAINWhen Hibiki takes over, she lets down her hair, preferring to let the bangs hang somewhat in her face. If she's taking over from Motoko, she takes off Motoko's glasses, unties her hair, and shakes it out to make it more wild-looking. Her eyes are larger than Fujiko's, and more fiery and determined than Motoko's and Mikiri's.
Motoko Gettou is the main protagonists of the series Change 123. She has Dissociative Identity Disorder, a mental disorder usually caused by massive trauma, but in this case was caused by the intense training of her three adoptive fathers. She is the classmate and closest friend of Teruharu Kosukegawa.
Sora heard from Botan Tsukishima that there is someone who managed to obtain "Black", a perfect level in speed, power, and defense. She was curious so went to Japan. Sora first suspected Izuru Hino to be black and fought her, but finds that Hino is not Black and Botan was wrong. After leaving the fight she hears Aizawa shout Gettou, the same last name as the family's head and sets her sights on Motoko Gettou. Sora first planned to bring "Black" out once she learned Motoko had multiple personalities. Though her attack was stopped by Sumire Kisaragi who told her to wait.
Ralph Austin is an American Nay soldier whose rank is Colonel. He is associated with one of Motoko's fathers', Jin Hayase.
Standing at over 175 cm tall Botan is well above the average height of a Japanese female. Her physical characteristics also include a strong muscular body, short cut black hair and darker shade of skin. Her physique could have her mistaken for guy, but she could be considered to resemble an Amazon warrior.

SUPPORTINGBefore giving birth to Motoko Gettou, Asagi was a spy. She was acquanited with all three of Motoko's fathers. According to Kannami, Motoko's biological father is, Tatsuya Rukawa. Possibly, indicating she and Tatsuya once had a deeper relationship. Once she learned she was pregnant with Motoko, Asgai quit her job and cut ties with her family business, run by her mother, Sakura Gettou. Asagi loved her daughter, but had to work all the time, which caused Motoko great resentment. One day, Asagi broke her promise to go with Motoko to her sports festival at school. Out of anger, Motoko wished her mother would die. Just at that time, a truck carrying metal beams fell on Asagi in front of Motoko. Even though it was wishful thinking, Motoko experienced considerable emotional trauma, because she thought she caused her mother's death. This caused the creation Zero, the representation of all of Motoko's repressed anger.
Not much is known about Jin, as he doesn't stay in much contact with Motoko. He appears to a calm and collected individual, much like the personality he created Fujiko.
