Hei (黒（ヘイ） , pinyin: Hēi, lit. Black), also known as the Black Reaper (黒の死神 Kuro no Shinigami) or BK-201, is a human who gained Contractor powers. He has worked with various organizations including the Syndicate and CIA. He is the older brother of Bai.

Yin (銀（イン）In, pinyin: Yín, lit. Silver) is a blind teenage Doll who supports Hei’s Syndicate team. She later flees from the Syndicate with Hei and begins to evolve.

Yutaka has a very nonchalant attitude. When asked to do something, he never loses his cool and is often speaks in a monotone tone of voice. He seems to be very interested in women and doesn't really show any real interest in his job or in his partner. He doesn't quite voice his opinions and is a very mysterious character.

Parcel

After becoming a Contractor, Parcel overheard her parents say they didn't want their child to be a Contractor and so she used her ability to leave. At some point, Parcel was captured by PANDORA while she was still at a young age. She was known to escape a lot with her ability, but she always managed to be captured again. Parcel witnessed PANDORA scientists talking about scrapping their cybernetic doll program, and decided to find the subject, a large male Doll she nick named Champ because of his physiology. She became friends with the Doll, despite Champ being inactive the entire time, until he responded with a hand sign.

Kunio Matsumoto

In the events of Shikoku no Hana, Matsumoto was severely wounded with his left arm dismembered while being on a Section 4 assignment, forcing him to early retirement.
