Devils' Line

安斎結貴

Yuuki Anzai (安斎 結貴, Anzai Yūki) is the male protagonist of the Devils' Line series. He is a half-devil, half-human hybrid and a police officer who is initially a member of the F Squad in the MPD Public Safety Division 5, responsible to combat devil crimes as well as arresting devils. His occupation as a police officer utilizes his abilities as a hybrid.

平つかさ

Tsukasa Taira (平 つかさ, Taira Tsukasa) is the female protagonist of the Devils' Line series. She is a first-year graduate student at Keio University where she originally studied Humanities and Geography. She is a kind-hearted human girl who falls in love with Yuuki Anzai at almost first sight. Despite the difficulties of being in a devil/human relationship, she stays positive and is always trying to make it work. She cares about Yuuki and his suffering as a devil very much and is constantly looking for something she can do.

ヨハネス・クレーマン / 李 ハンス

Johannes Kleiman (ヨハネス・クレーマン, Johanesu Kurēman), or his alias and preferred name, Hans Lee (ハンス・李, Rī Hansu), is a half-devil, half-human hybrid. He is a rather carefree person, unbothered even by blood. By drinking controlled dosages every morning and evening, he has managed to almost completely control his bloodlust.

安斎環

Tamaki Anzai (安斎 環, Anzai Tamaki) is the father of Yuuki Anzai whom he had with his human wife, Midori Anzai. He is a devil convicted of the mass murder of 15 people, and is said to be the most dangerous devil in written history. Although he was sentence to have the death penalty, but due to Appeals and what happened it was reduced to life imprisonment after the families approved and where told about the circumstances he is being held in isolation at the ONL facility for research purposes.

牛尾直也

Naoya Ushio (牛尾 直也, Ushio Naoya) was a member of C Squad in the MPD Public Safety Division 5. He is also a double agent working for the CCC, in which he goes under the code name 05 (Zero Five (ゼロゴ, Zero Go)).

ジュリアナ・ロイド

Juliana Lloyd (ジュリアナ・ロイド, Juriana Roido), better known as Jill (ジル, Jiru), is a devil police officer who was a member of the F Squad in the MPD Public Safety Division 5. She is an outspoken member of the team who is never afraid to speak her mind or mess with fellow F Squad member, especially Yuuki Anzai.

沢崎孝

Takashi Sawazaki (沢崎 孝, Sawazaki Takashi) is the Leader of F Squad at the start of the series. He was originally a member of the Investigation Department before his transfer. He has a lot of compassion for the plight of devils in society and is sometimes considered too soft in the way he handles red-eye matters and his devil subordinates.

加納昭雄

Akio Kano (加納 昭雄, Kanō Akio) is a doctor that has experience with treating devils. He used to work at the hospital near ONLO in the 80's and 90's. He now runs his own clinic with several staff members in Saitama where he specializes in psychosomatic medicine. He is also a member of the R2PC.

住森麻夕

Mayu Sumimori (住森 麻夕, Sumimori Mayu) was in charge of the accounting and intelligence gathering for the CCC, in which she went under the code name Eleven (イレブン, Irebun). However, after she was deemed to be no longer useful, she was left to be killed by the organization, but she was saved by the F Squad and restarted her life outside the CCC.

神崎昭仁

Akihito Kanzaki (神崎 昭仁, Kanzaki Akihito) is a doctor at Shirase Hospital, as well as a member of the CCC where they go under the code name 12 (Queen).
