Di Gi Charat

Dejiko is a short girl with short green hair that parts to either side of her face and big dark green eyes. She wears a blue maid outfit, a white hat with cat ears, two large bells as hair ornaments (these signify her status as royalty), a collar bell, and a white cat tail later adorned with a ribbon.

Rabi~en~Rose (ラ・ビ・アン・ローズ) is Di Gi Charat's rival and the self-proclaimed "idol of Gamers". Her real name is Hikaru Usada. She is a poor junior high school student and works multiple jobs in dreams of becoming a real idol.

Gema

ゲマ

Gema (ゲマ) is Di Gi Charat's guardian. He typically ends his sentences with "gema". He was the main character of the GEMA-GEMA 4koma being modeled directly after Koge-Donbo's persona but was later dissolved as Dejiko’s sidekick.

Piyoko is a short girl with blond hair and blue eyes. She wears a simple black and white dress and an armband bearing the Black Gema Gema Corps' symbol on her left arm. She wears panda ears and a hat with a small panda face design.
